ELECTRONIC DESIGN
We offer a complete ECU design service ranging from analysing the requirements to producing a finished product. Projects are taken from product specification through circuit and schematic diagrams to component selection, including programmable devices, and PCB layout. Prototype ECU and production part supply including selection of interface connectors, link wiring harnesses, enclosure and any requirements for fixings and brackets. Close contact is maintained with the client to ensure the product meets the specification.
The range of ECU's completed for clients is vast and includes the very simple units right through to highly complex body controllers. We specialize in CAN based systems and latest communication technology (GPRS, GSM, Bluetooth and GPS).
Special requirements for EMC hard and high performance ECU parts can also be accommodated.
SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
A structured development approach providing full documentation and requirements analysis through the product / project lifecycle. Analysis of real time software in real time hardware systems and the use of computer aided development and analysis tools. Our design team are skilled in a number of development platforms and a wide range of ECUs to suit the client requirements.
